TinyTrails is an invite-only learning journal. A platform administrator creates an organisation. The organisation's owner or a manager then invites staff and parents.
The organisation is responsible for the children's information it records, for inviting the right people, and for sharing an observation with parents only when that is appropriate. Do not upload a photo, video, or note you do not have a right to store for that child.
Keep your password private. Do not share a parent's login. If you leave the setting, ask an owner or manager to remove your account.
The service is provided as it runs today. Observations, media, and milestone notes can be deleted by people whose role allows it, or by asking the setting and hello@tinytrails.uk.
